Two years after making his Super Rugby debut, Jack Dempsey pulled on the Wallabies jumper for the first time in 2017, making his international debut against Italy in Brisbane. The 109kg backrow utility has represented his country at every junior level, and is the nephew of Classic Wallaby and former Rugby Union Players’ Association CEO, Tony Dempsey. Dempsey is a product of St. Ignatius College at Riverview and played a major hand in helping their 2011 side to a GPS Premiership, playing in the number six jersey. He went on to play for Australian Schools and the Australian Under 20 side in 2015.
